The hammer principle (non_ intention)

Hi all,

The hammer principle.... does the hammer principle have different mechanics with the different approaches? 1) weight being on the back foot 2) the weight being in the center of gravity?

so where you place the center of gravity, will it have an effect on how the hammer is applied?

Im still trying to understand this principle,so any help please!!

The hammer can be done with non-intention or with intention. There's a little more weight on the rear leg.
