Richie lost his West Palm Beach school it the hurricane. His Grandmother lost her trailor and some of his students lost their houses. Richie says that living in Florida is starting to suck.

HELLO SIFU, YEA IT'S STARTING TO REALLY BE BAD TO LIVE HERE! WE HAVE TO BE IN OUR HOME BEFORE 9PM BECAUSE OF A CURFEW.

LOTS OF HOMES ARE BAD I CANT BELIEVE WE GOT A DIRECT HIT!!

MY SCHOOL LOST MOST OF THE ROOF FROM THE COMPLEX.

I SPOKE WITH THE LAND LORD HE SAID HE WOULD FIX IT BUT IT WILL BE AWHILE! MAN ON TOP OF THAT HE STILL WANTS ME TO PAY!!! RENT!!!

SO I'M GOING TO GET A GENERATOR TO RUN THE SCHOOL AS BEST AS I CAN . IF THE CITY WILL LET ME THEY PUT RED STICKERS ON ALL THE STORES SAYING NOT SAFE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I CANT LET MY GUYS DOWN THEY ARE ALL TRYING TO PULL THRU THIS I EVEN HAD A HOLLOWEEN PARTY AT THE SCHOOL WITH NO POWER WE COVERED UP THE LEAKS AS BEST WE COULD BUT I WANTED MY KIDS TO HAVE A PARTY BECAUSE THEY TOLD US THAT KIDS REALLY COULDNT CELEBRATE HOLLOWEEN IN PALM BEACH COUNTY BECAUSE NO POWER AND DOWN POWER LINES.


BUT WE DID IT THEY HAD A BLAST IM SO HAPPY FOR THEM MY KIDS ARE SPECIAL TO ME.

BUT WE ARE GOING TO DO OUR BEST!!

AS FAR AS VEGAS WE ARE GOING TO DO OUR BEST TO GO! WE HAVE THE TICKETS AND I NEED A BREAK SO DO MY GUYS IM STILL TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOME OF THE GUYS BUT SOME PHONE LINES ARE STILL DOWN?

If minimum services are not provided (like a roof) I don't think he can chage you rent. Same is true if the building is unsafe or unusable. If it is already labeled that way by the city this should apply.

His Property insurance will be replacing the roof and compensate him for any lost revenue.

Your buisness should be able to get some compensation funds (even without owning the building) for disaster releif or what not too. How about your renters insurance on the buisness? It should replace any lost or damaged equipment as well.

Seek some legal council or something man, otherwise you'll just get the shaft.

Sorry to hear about the trouble and strife. What you need is some good training and martial fellowship. We got your back.

I am sorry for your troubles. I can see why people get tired of Florida sometimes. I am looking forward to seeing you this month in Vegas.
