Hello Everyone!

I am very pleased to announce the release of the BEST video footage EVER shot of me! This footage was shot live as I was teaching a two day seminar in Clifton Park, New York, at the Jeet Kune Do Academy of Martial Arts. The cameraman followed me around as I taught. The action is up close and detailed! This is a three DVD set totalling five hours of footage! The primary topic covered is energy/sensitivity and trapping, but there is more! You will see me at my explosive best! You are going to love this footage, and will want to watch it over and over again!

Before they go on sale on the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do website for the full price of $39.95 each, these three DVDs are available for order NOW at a special introductory rate of $80.00 for the whole set! Please include $8.00 ($12.00 for foreign orders) for shipping and handling!

Just watched a little of the first dvd and the angles from the cameraman were very good. Sifu Lamar evidentily turned it up a notch and was very good as usual. I really am pleased with them. Hope any future dvd's are like these.

DVD Review

This email came in this morning:

Good morning Lamar,

I got home last night and found the DVD's have arrived! Thanks for the fast response. Jumping right to disc one, I have to say the quality is pretty good in video and your teaching. Bravo! I'll definitely get back to you after I view all 3 in it's entirety. I always like the realistic point of view of a teacher explaining something and not a pre-arranged choreographed instructional. It's the REAL YOU and looking in top form no less! What I liked from your seminar format is that we get to see a real instructor, live and doing his thing. It makes you a real person (if you can see what I'm getting at) as we can see you talking to students, interacting, helping and I can almost feel how genuine you are in perpetuting the art of Jeet Kune Do. Perhaps one day I'll drop by to experience it all in person. Good luck with the projects you are working on and I'm eager to see all the great things being done by you to preserve Jeet Kune Do. Keep in touch!

Warm regards,
Norman
