What! No one has mentioned Mr. Goldberg's Yoga yet...!
Wish I would have done them on the 3rd day so I wasn't so stiff kicking.

As distant cousin to the WNG I was impressed how welcoming and open everyone was. From the MA groups I've been around in the past I was a little supprised.

The lack of any egos and attitude was great. Everyone was very accessible and helpful.

I'm still amazed at how Bob Bremmer would suddenly appear and start dropping pointers.

Tim's Ability to move without you picking up on it was a thing to see and feel. I was ready to slap my own forhead after in confusion after he wacked me a few times. Hammer Principal... You feel dumb as a hammer after Tim wacks you a few times...

Jim's quietly observing everything from the side of the class...

Thank you to everyone involved with this.
I hope there is another one next year.

thanks for working with me Arron. I learned some really good stuff to fine-tune my techniques. I think I realize I need to throw out the bad stuff immediately and focus more on the functional stuff. The JKD only enhances one's martial arts, which is great. I think I realize how much I like working with the JKD guys.

Frank,

I heard John M. gave you some good advice as well.

Once you figure out what he said... you should have some more things to work through.

Sometimes Its only giving up our familliar past, that lets us move forward into the future.

Keep training, you'll work through it.
