I sent answers to all the questions my editor had about the book and haven't heard from her in 2 weeks. I thought that it was done, but I heard from her today with 2 follow up questions on Part 2. She took 2 weeks off. Hopefully she will be done soon and the book can be printed. The European book from Budo should be printed soon.
