Ohhh No! That's too bad!

Hock Hochchiem will be in Gent, Belgium on Jun 13-16. I know that Hock and Jim would ordinarily never do this, as it hurts attendence at both seminars. Hock and Jim do several seminars together every year! We'll just have to chock it up to a fluke and hope that they catch it sooner next time.

Nether group supports the other or talks to the other. Jim's group has enough people in house to support his seminar, Hock will get Chris's group + a lot of other guys. It's weird, but it happens. It can be awkward for me when I go there.

This comes straight to me from Hock.

“Jim and I are best friends and we usually appear together, or at times so far enough apart so as not to have such scheduling conflicts. It will be very strange to be a few minutes way from my best friend, both of us thousands of miles from home and not even be able to get a cup of coffee together.”

Hock is in Belgium every June and December and hopes this accidental mixup won’t happen again.

I'm sure it won't. It's weird that it did.

What is the minimum time needed to prepare for your first MMA fight? I'm 22 years old and have decided to get into MMA. I want to get a fight as soon as possible to see what I'm made of, and was wondering what the minimum time training I need to have a chance. Also my natural weight is 163 and I think lightweight is 155. How much water weight can you safely loose? What is the best way to prepare and loose wight for a fight?
