Is this JKD, or trad Boxing training drills?

It's the basic boxing elements that are used in JKD. It's basically the drills that we do to get new students sparring safely.

There's that one. 1 from Italy is out, but I don't have it yet. There may be one as a supplement to the Chinatown book. There's also 1 more from Budo on attack to be published later this year.
