I wish I was in town this should be a great seminar. I trained with Jeremy for years and he was definitely one of the most effective teachers that I ever worked with. It should be well worth attending if you're in the area.

Hi Tim, I'm starting to gear up the training again and may try to get some fights later this fall or next spring. I also may end up teaching a sparring class this fall which should be interesting.
