Hi Everyone,

For a limited time, the Dynamic JKD series is for sale again. These DVD's were originally 4 VHS tapes available from Health for Life. They have been digitally remastered and consolidated into 2 DVD's. Each DVD is over 100 mins. long.

All of the proceeds go directly to Sifu Kent and help buy new training equipment for his school.
