Seminar Thanks to Sifu Tackett & Jim McCann

Just wanted to say thank you to Mr. Tackett and Big Jim for last weekend's seminar at Jim's club. Despite the heat and humidity, it was a great session.

It was a great opportunity for me to reinforce the basics and principles of JKD. Even better, we had a great group of people who worked hard and had fun. Thanks also to Pat Cunningham for his instruction and being a hard working training partner.

Everytime I train with Sifu Tackett I come away a better martial artist.

One of the things we worked on I used lat night in sparring.
It worked everytime.

Though I had my little one running around there, it was great to meet Tim and see new faces. Even just listening to you guys talk and discussing various topics/techniques, while I was playing with my son was pretty cool. Thanks for even taking me on the side here and there and having a one on one.
