Saturday morning training is back! The JKD/Combatives group will meet at 11am beginning this Saturday the 14th. Training will consist primarily of Chinatown JKD (http://www.facebook.com/ChinatownJKD), but we will also experiment with Close Quarters Tactics, Arrest & Control procedures, and even Weapons Retention and Disarms. This is a great opportunity to hone your striking skills and learn some new tricks!
