Bought the DVD's a few weeks ago. I was just wondering how do they correspond with the level 1 and 2 material on the newer DVD's? Thx!

I would say the main difference is the lesson based structure of Level 1 (JKDLessons.com). The material is of course very similar, but we have added certain things to the JKDLessons course like grappling defense that does not appear in the DVDs. Also, it may be just a bit more detailed (the lessons) simply because of how much more time we have.
