With its emphasis in preserving and promoting Bruce Lee’s art of Jeet Kune Do the training is intense and unequal to any other. With instructors and students from around the globe it is definitely the place to advance your knowledge of Bruce Lee's art and train with some of the world's most renowned martial artists.

I get the best results if I focus as much weight as possible on top of the raised heel. When pushing off, I would propel my body weight forward with the heel like a catapult. The ball of the foot acts more like a hinge.
