This is great stuff. Thank you for sharing it.

Quite a few people spend most of their time in match fight mode, but I think we need to spend some time with the types of techniques that Sifu Blue is showing. Watch confrontations on youtube and you will see many indviduals standing very close, much closer than the fighting measure, until one of them makes a move. This type of training will help with those situations.
