Default Great!!

Great workout jpmbujutsu,
It has it all. Do you have more examples off these kind off routines?
And do you have special weighttraining routines to? And if so, how do they look like?
I think its a great way to learn from it.
Hope you have more examples.

What is a TRX?

Also, why do lat pull downs instead of pull ups?
Just wondering.

It actually should be Lat Pull ups.

TRX

Or you can use Gymnastics Rings or something simular.

I have hundreds of workout variations. I will post as well

I have a pull up/dip station that is great for strength training.
It is good for leg raises and reverse crunches.

Glad to see more and more people using a TRX or something similar. The old days of 3-5 miles in the morning with pushups, situps is old news.
