Did this workout this morning thought I would share.
It's back to basics. BASIC INTENSE TRAINING SESSION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Skill Development Each Lead! (Use a variety of distances and power) Jabs – 100 Crosses – 100 Lead Hooks -100 Rear Hooks - 100 Lead Uppercuts - 100 Rear Uppercuts -100 Lead Hook Kick – 100 Rear Roundhouse Kick -100 Lead Foot Jab – 100 Rear Foot Jab – 100 Lead Side Kick – 100 Heavy Bag 10 – 3 minute rounds / :30 break between rounds Body Weight Training (Do 25reps of one excercise and move to the next untill 100 reps is completed of each) Push-Ups – 100 Squats - 100 Lat Pulls on TRX – 100 Handstand Push-Ups - 100 Dips on TRX – 100 Curls on TRX – 100 Sit Ups – 100 Grand Total 2,200 Puches & Kicks 700 reps of BW Exercises.

Great workout jpmbujutsu,
It has it all. Do you have more examples off these kind off routines? And do you have special weighttraining routines to? And if so, how do they look like? I think its a great way to learn from it. Hope you have more examples. |

What is a TRX?
Also, why do lat pull downs instead of pull ups? Just wondering.

It actually should be Lat Pull ups.

I have a pull up/dip station that is great for strength training.
It is good for leg raises and reverse crunches.

Glad to see more and more people using a TRX or something similar. The old days of 3-5 miles in the morning with pushups, situps is old news.
