Default JKD Training Equipment (Wall Arm Thingy)

So I've been at JKD training facilities that have like flexible arms made that attach to the wallf or doing trapping drills.

What are they called? and where do you get them or do you make them yourself?

I saw one in Sifu Tim Tacketts garage.

Its like a flexible arm that bends and resists ands snaps back

I've had two steel dummy's specially built by a Portuguese guy who calls his company Dimira Survival Concepts.

It's taken a few iterations but the last spring arms he made me were industrial strength and still holding strong. He's brought out a varied range of wall mounted ones and no doubt these are of the same standard.

Here ya go - both how to make your own, and or where to buy them ready made...
